And Nate, let’s not forget the person in charge when you were fired - Doug Parks.
And the Trendic case. He was charged with violating B-08 in his dealings with employees. The board and Parks tried to use that as an excuse to remove Trendic. Now he is a hero. The OPA soap opera continues. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ken When I was terminated by the board in 2019 (within minutes of providing a report on a B-08 investigation of Slobodan Trendic) the GM had zero input. The GM stated I did nothing wrong...the board gave no reason to him. They took unilateral action. No investigation. No opportunity for me to respond. The Board has no business of assuming the role of the GM as Chief Personnel Officer as designated in the bylaws. |
