| The board interviewed no one., as far as I know. The attorney did the interviews and I believe he interviewed some employees and board members Colby thought would support her claims. Doug Parks essentially threw her under the bus if she had hoped for his support. Parks was present at a number of meetings mentioned in Colby’s charges. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I'm thinking I read that the information from Colby's witnesses did not come forward to the board. That their statements were not brought to the attention of the board. Seemed like only the attorney summary was considered by the board. Maybe that can be clarified ? Were there gaps in the information going to the board or not ?? Certainly was a big gap, without Colby being there, for rebuttal -- or filling information gaps |
