Colby, you are essentially charging that Michael Neary did not do a proper investigation. That raises all sorts of other issues. I am not aware of any of the witness names you provided to Neary.
Email me the names of your witnesses and if they are agreeable I would be happy to interview them and report their comments while keeling their names confidential. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I actually had A LOT of support from employees. And have the written proof to back it up. My point was that you stated yourself they didn’t talk to all my witnesses. And you were correct in that statement. Not to mention they didn’t report what MY two employee witnesses had to say that they did speak too. |
