For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: PS Another interesting thing if we compare this to a legal case: The prosecution, in the legal case, argues its case first, then the defense next, then finally the prosecution gets the final arguments, going last. In other words, the prosecution has the benefit of arguing twice. Of course, when arguing last, there's opportunity to contest and provide clarifications of any disputed information. I'd bet such procedure would not be honored by an OP board, when one of its own was being charged, as they would strongly want to get the last word onto the record. Go figure. |
