Homeowners found having their name on the ballot unnecessary. A original owner of over 40 years told me she never remembered her name being on the envelope. I've been here 20 years and never remember it. It's not paranoia to expect that a name not be visible on the return ballot envelope. Considering the number of visits and calls Administration staff  and the Election Committee are receiving on this matter, this is another hiccup. The number of ballots that will be invalidated because of this will be something to watch.
