All returned ballots should be separated from the return envelops in such a way as the ballot can no longer be associated with the envelope - assuming that was not changed in the knee-jerk resolution change. . | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Don't know what to add except the Board and the Committee didn't respond to email and other homeowners question about crossing the name out on the return ballot envelope. Meanwhile, homeowners are reporting that they did cross their name out. Another homeowner asked the same question on Get Involved and Stuart Lakernick is reporting that" any marks on the envelope will invalidate your ballot." He is also saying "Although the EC reviewed and modified the election materials, we were not privy to the codes on the return envelope". HIC-UP. |
