For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, you called this mistake out years ago so can you tell me were / are we "forced' to treat sewage from Riddle Farms as well as provide them water from our wells or was this "such a great deal I have for you"? Robert, Worcester County owns the water and wastewater facilities for the Ocean Pines service area and the Glen Riddle service area. The County can do what it pleases within the law - regardless of any verbal promises made by the County to OP and forgotten. |
