The ”property” is the property - land and structure.
OPA could then lease the property to the fire department, or whatever. Other than this new “pride of ownership“ thing, why is it important that the OPVFD owns the property? The OPVFD is an independent corporation but what would it be without OPA? It is a totally symbiotic relationship. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I believe the OPVFD should turn the property over to OPA. OPA then builds new and maintains. Do you mean the land with the property being the equipment? |
