Bruce, your advice is always welcome.  I suggest you pass on same advice to those board members actually leaking the info to Stauss. Perhaps you know who it is.
Rumor? Crystal ball? I did not report any rumor. I reported what was published in the Progress. Does Stauss know you think his paper is spreading rumors? United States Ship OPA no longer has leak problems. The bottom is missing. Let’s blame Steve Jacobs. Take a breath and don’t take all this board/candidates political infighting so seriously. Better a little humor or sarcasm than candidates calling each other liars in a local paper. Happy Independence Day. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Here's a Fourth of July version of what Jonathan Swift, Twain, and Churchill once said: a rumor gets all the way around the bases before the truth leaves the batters box. Take a breath on this Holiday, Joe. And maybe report/comment on events as they actually happen? The Board is working hard to get some important things done.
