Do we know the source of that information used by the Mayor?
As I read the Mayor's letter, he got his information directly from an environmental impact filing made by US Wind. The Mayor says it can be found in Appendix H on page H-4 of US Wind's filing. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thanks. I did see the Mayor's letter where he says "10 miles." Do we know the source of that information used by the Mayor? 10 miles would be terrible. from a visibility standpoint. |
