The new lease negotiation was instituted for the purpose of the "ENCROACHMENT". That's what I've been saying all along! And it was initiated by OPA for the purpose of addressing the encroachment and the lessee benefited substantially. If it take this much effort just to drag out what the BOD actually did with the Seacrets lease, it's no wonder members are misinformed and kept in the dark about BOD actions. |
