You just joined the Rick Wilson Club of Clueless. The new lease negotiation was instituted for the purpose of the "ENCROACHMENT". Marty Marty....if it was about the encroachment.....why did you not make sure the exact square footage of the encroachment was given back to us in PARKING SPACES??? How simple would that have been? Boise Casacade bought that slice of land for OUR CONVENIENCE and the BOD has given away parking spaces. WHY??? Seacrets does not even need spaces when we use them. I doubt that it would have mattered at all to them. WHY DIDN'T YOU MAKE SURE WE GOT THEM??? YOU were "Clueless".......not I. Nancy |
