For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Charles, I do believe you are onto something about the current amenities working in unison and all having a sound reason to continue operation. I was very clouded by the recent referendum package. Whatever happens, the beach club needs more parking, maybe a two floor parking garage would be cool. Summer time folks flock over near the Ocean. About the YC though oh whoa is me. I am perplexed by the politics but I am ready to vote. I've keep changing my mind. Think I'll read on. The YC needs a better business plan for sure. I am not big on the catering aspect at all. |
