For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The courts you are thinking of were part of a swap that I engineered with OP as part of the second turnover agreement in '85. Those courts had great water views that were much more valuable as a residential site. The little "store" was moved to what is now the tennis center on the South side and expanded to what you see these days. In addition, Chase built all of the tennis courts in payment for the land swap. |
