Neither were members of the board of directors. It was the responsibility of the golf team, which I think you were a member, to narrow down the field and bring the best of the candidates to the board and the GM for evaluation. From the time that the team brought forth the four finalists Bob was as involved, shy of a vote, as any board member. His input was not just accepted, it was encouraged.

To say that our GM was not involved in the final selection of the new golf management company would not be a true representation of the process.
