I think that it's a requirement of our non-profit tax status.
If it is, let's give up the non-profit status. One of the only items making a profit after depreciation is probably beach club parking. Taxes do not have to be paid on losses and virtually everything we operate loses money if the cost of depreciation is included. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I pay my fair share of taxes, but, why should someone from Snow Hill or Berlin get to use our Ocean Pines parks without any contribution what so ever? I think that it's a requirement of our non-profit tax status. Steve Lind |
