We do not need to be providing boat launch for other than property owners or associate members (legal renters) for free or for pay. We are a homeowners association, not the convenient facilities providers for others outside our community.
I may have posted this comment before: I believe our non-profit 501c tax status requires that we make our amenities available to the entire community, not just home owners. obviously tho, we are permitted to charge a fee differential. steve lind |
