For the most part I am in total agreement, however, we are currently providing boat launching facilities for FREE to anyone who wants to ignore the signs and use them.

Should we close the gas facility at the Yacht Club Marina? I would bet that at least a third of our gas sales are to other than property owners. What about the pools whose membership is 9% non property owner? Pickle ball has 16% of its membership made up of non property owners.
