| Why should the boat ramp be free to anyone. Pool, tennis,pickle ball and golf require a fee of some kind. Th dogpark and skateboard spark should also have a user fee | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Respectfully, We do not need to be providing boat launch for other than property owners or associate members (legal renters) for free or for pay. We are a homeowners association, not the convenient facilities providers for others outside our community. |
