Hello Sharon,
I agree with you 100 %,but I feel that the public is using the ramp willy nilly.I have followed more than one boat trailer from Delaware right into the ramp.Also many boat dealers use it for sea trials.So I figured if OP can't or won't control the use of the ramp why not at least make a little money back.I am with you that the ramp should be for the use of Op residents only.On summer weekends, the parking lot should be full of OP residents only. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Respectfully, We do not need to be providing boat launch for other than property owners or associate members (legal renters) for free or for pay. We are a homeowners association, not the convenient facilities providers for others outside our community. |
