Your comments are very much appreciated. The next election cycle for the Board of Directors is extremely important as it will provide the direction in which way the community decides to proceed.  I urge every association member to take particular interest, vet each eligible candidate carefully, and decide for themselves whom they would best like to represent this community going forward. Does Ocean Pines become a "premier resort community" expending upwards of $30 to $40 million dollars on a new Capital Facilities Plan in the next 10 years, (which, by the way, does not even include the additional cost of depreciation and maintenance), OR one in which is safe, attractive, and AFFORDABLE for all of our members to enjoy? The voters will decide.
