Wow.. You definitely deserve a trophy for using the most irrelevant example possible. We use a similar type format in the fire department. Occasionally receiving a email, note or text from my officer or a person I treated or assisted only confirms the reason I chose such a fulfilling career.
Receiving a “atta boy”, praise or recognition from a peer for me is the greatest example of recognition of all. |
