Unless I missed it these pats on the back are from employee to employee. I like you so I will give you a pat on the back.
When I worked I recognize good work in an annual evaluation as was I. The crying room was not for me but for the poor sole who did not get a you are the greatest note from a fellow employee. Same as a safe place. Randy |
