Unless I missed it these pats on the back are from employee to employee.
These are PEER Praise. Thus, perhaps an employee can only write a Peer Praise Note to an employee who is a peer. So someone employed on working on road drainage could not give a Peer Praise to the Director of Public Works. At least it seems that way. Kinda takes one back to the employee break times snafu that no one has ever fully explained. |

When I worked I recognize good work in an annual evaluation as was I. The crying room was not for me but for the poor sole who did not get a you are the greatest note from a fellow employee.
