I was watching a video meeting when Marty Clarke suggested OPA selling vacant lots that OPA has.
Does anyone know how many lots we are talking about. Also someone shot him down saying we tried to sell them 10 years ago with no luck. Well ..10 years ago there was no building going on,there were better lots available,etc.etc. Why not list them and see what happens?? Prices are higher now. Heck... just auction them off if you have too. Get that missing assessment money rolling in !!!!!!!!!!!! Steve |
