| Marty, .Had a contractor friend (mark smith, heron Bay builders) go through them with the fire department a couple years back... Many on ditches and mostly narrow. I seem to remember over 40. Wooded lots going for around 40k now. Bill | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Steve: The last time I saw the list was back when Director Collins was trying to make a proposal to liquidate them. I believe there was 20 or so then. Contrary to Mr. Reynolds assetting there has never been an honest attempt to sell them. At one time OPA claimed they could sell them for $150,000 each which was insane. My guess is the back lots would easly bring an average of $35,000 and the waterfronts around $150,000. Today they are worthless to the OPA. Marty |
