You replied, "Because they cost us money and if sold they would at least generate assessment income." Not sure I see your answer as responsive to the actual question asked. As for generating income, I would give them away if they cannot be sold, just to generate assessment income. Would you take them all at no cost and pay the $20,000 or so yearly assessment? |
