Joe, the last time I saw the lots on Watertown Rd. they looked like small lakes. The water was a lot deeper than 6 inches.
I guess they are a good place for all the neighbors to route their water.They are holding ponds. Nancy |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Wooded lots going for around 40k now. What would you say a lot always under 6 inches of water in a swap area is worth? People were suggesting these bad lots were worth $150,000 or so back around 2006. Ridiculous. |
