Wooded lots going for around 40k now.
What would you say a lot always under 6 inches of water in a swap area is worth? People were suggesting these bad lots were worth $150,000 or so back around 2006. Ridiculous. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, .Had a contractor friend (mark smith, heron Bay builders) go through them with the fire department a couple years back... Many on ditches and mostly narrow. I seem to remember over 40. Wooded lots going for around 40k now. Bill |
