I believe it can be conveyed down Beauchamp Road to the St. Martin. There will be an increase in capacity at the pond as well.
Not without a referendum. Kerry Nelson says cost 10 years ago was $4 million. Pond capacity increase is 50,000 cubic feet - water from a 2-inch rainfall on one acre. How many acres are feeding Bainbridge Pond? Will delay flooding but not by much. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, I believe it can be conveyed down Beauchamp Road to the St. Martin. There will be an increase in capacity at the pond as well. The project is designed in sections. Each section is an improvement. Ideally OPA would do the entire project. In time, there is a possibility of additional grant's. And additional sections can be completed. Steve |
