Aquatics should have never added the couples rate. That was, in my opinion, a political move. What Aquatics should do is charge a proper rate for an individual or a family..... and those rates should be perhaps another $100 or so more per year.

Boat slip rates should be higher.

I get tired of hearing "this is an HOA and the amenities should not make money."

Ridiculous. Every business amenity should be managed to produce the highest possible profit so as to benefit all 8500 or so associiation members.
