Sounds like you've perhaps already investigated those numbers, and made some calculations. Care to share those any of those numbers? Like how much more water that pond will eventually hold?
According to TV reports, OP has received over 2 inches of rain this week end. Would be interesting to hear whether there was overflow from this. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Look at the plans. Look at the cubic feet of increased water storage. Look at the drainage acres delivering rainfall to the pond. Calculate the cubic feet of water flowing into the pond during a heavy rain. Then calculate the increased time to overflow for $750,000. Then consider the project provided no additional means of outflow from OP. Then consider this work is not some part of an overall plan. Anyone watching board meetings would see even most board members are now complaining about how this project ended up as a bait and switch. |
