Look at the plans. Look at the cubic feet of increased water storage. Look at the drainage acres delivering rainfall to the pond. Calculate the cubic feet of water flowing into the pond during a heavy rain. Then calculate the increased time to overflow for $750,000. Then consider the project provided no additional means of outflow from OP. Then consider this work is not some part of an overall plan.
Anyone watching board meetings would see even most board members are now complaining about how this project ended up as a bait and switch. |
