We have information on conveying water from that area to the river. The project cost depends on how robust of a rainfall we want to deal with. At the upper end the current estimates are about 12 million. At the lower end between 2-3 million. Frank |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Taking an opportunity for funding, whenever, where ever it can become available. Seems a wise step, basing the project on water filtration. Good behind the scenes observation. Good to think that some relief is occurring for those folks, so they're not hit by runoff overflows from every significant rain squall. And wondering -- is there some means of doing a drain down or pump down, over the following several days, to again lower that pond's water level -- to provide capacity for the next squall's runoffs ??
