I have lived on the ninth hole since 2004 and have never seen it like this. Its a disgrace in my opinion. The tee boxes are in poor shape, the fairways are in poor shape from both too little water in places and too much water in other locations on the same holes. But the most serious problem is the greens. Greens are sensitive and can be expensive if not properly maintained.
